Snow angel coral bells is a perennial flower grown for its variegated green and white leaves.
The foliage forms a low mound. The broad leaves are light green marbled with cream. Slender flower stalks bear dainty pinkish-red bell-shaped flowers from late spring to summer.
Snow angel coral bells grows in a shady spot at the Xeriscape Garden. They have been okay performers, but have never been overly vigorous or impressive.
Remove spent flower stalks, if desired. Cut old leaves to ground level before new growth begins in spring.
