William Baffin rose is a large shrub rose with arching branches. Beginning in June, it produces clusters of bright pink, semi-double flowers. It reblooms throughout the summer.
It can be used as a climbing rose or left to grow in a fountain-like shape. William Baffin is a very hardy and drought tolerant rose.
William Baffin roses have been growing at the Xeriscape Demonstration Garden for many years. They have proven to be very hardy and drought tolerant. They are large plants, so plant them in a space where they will have plenty of room.
Prune out one-third of older stems in late winter.
